Building Things That Last

Director of Product Management at Industrious, now part of CBRE.

I am obsessed with the build: taking a raw idea and turning it into a system that scales and an experience that lasts. That has meant everything from crafting the perfect latte to architecting digital infrastructure for a global real estate leader. The constant through all of it: remove human friction, and build for impact.

I grew up in Dayton, Ohio, and went to the University of Dayton, graduating in 2011. I started college as a barista at Flyer Enterprises, one of the largest student-run companies in America, and worked my way up to CEO by graduation.

Running that company, and starting two businesses of my own along the way, taught me the lesson everything since has built on: a good idea is only worth something once it works on a Tuesday, at scale, with real people depending on it.

  • 200
Student employees led as CEO of Flyer Enterprises.
  • $1.5M+
Generated annually by the company under student leadership.
  • 2
Businesses started of my own before graduating.
  • BlackRock New York · after graduation
Joined in Product Management through the Global Graduate Program, ranked in the top 3% of my class. Spent three years building digital software for financial advisors and internal sales teams.
  • Venture for America New York & Columbus · three years
One of the first 10 hires. Built the growth team and developed the community-based partnership model that became the national standard.
  • Managed by Q New York · 2016, three years
Returned to New York and spent three years launching and iterating platforms that bridged digital services and physical office environments, through a period of hyper-growth.
  • Industrious New York · from 2019
Joined in 2019 as a founding member of the product organization, nearly 8 years rising from Product Manager to Director of Product Management.

I joined Industrious in 2019 as a founding member of the product organization, and spent six-plus years rising from Product Manager to Director as the company went from startup to acquisition by CBRE in January 2025.

Today I own the digital revenue engine. On the front end, the member and employee experiences: a self-serve sales channel, a Proposal Tool built from scratch, and the Partner API channel. Underneath, the billing infrastructure and payment rails that everything runs on.

  • 7x
Monthly revenue growth since 2019, from $7M to $50M+.
  • $2.43B
Collected through the billing platform my team built.
  • $0 → $3.2M
Partner API channel, founded and grown to a $3.2M annual run rate.
  • 250+
Locations in 11 countries, serving 150,000+ members.
  • 34,000+
Members who found Industrious through channels my team built.
  • 56%
Fewer support tickets per 1,000 accounts (down 56% while accounts grew 12.7x), powered by an AI-first development process that lets non-engineers ship code to production.

Growth is only half the job. The other half is durability:

  • An automatic renewal engine running at 80%+, renewing $20M+ in contract value every month.
  • Led the SOX compliance audit with CBRE's external auditors after the acquisition.
  • Led the systems integration when Industrious acquired The Great Room, bringing in roughly 100 employees and thousands of members.
  • Mentored two Support Associates into new careers, one now an Associate Product Manager, the other a Release Manager.

Product leadership is more than shipping code. It is creating value people can feel in the real world. I am proud of the numbers above, but I am most proud of the culture we built and the people who grew up inside it.

I am always looking for the next challenge in building things that endure.
